The Changing Shape of Organisations and Reward

The way we do work in recent times is changing, so it can be said that the shape of work is changing. The video explains the four things that will be extremely different in the future which are based on some trends. Some of these trends include the shape of the organisation, how we organise ourselves within the organisation, how we look up individual job roles and finally turning to reward and what kind of implication does it have on rewards in near future i.e.; how we pay people, how to recognise them and much more. The reward needs to respond to the changing nature of work, thus, businesses must drop the standard package system and encourage more flexibility within the organisation.
