Stuart Websmith is a founding team member at uFlexReward and currently serves as Head of Product & Innovation. With over 15 years of experience in reward and benefits technology, he has delivered solutions across 150+ countries for some of the world’s largest organisations. Stuart’s expertise spans the full spectrum of Total Rewards, with a strong track record in areas such as benchmarking, budget planning, and pay transparency in recent years. He specialises in using analytics and BI to transform how companies manage and communicate total rewards.
As one of the architects behind uFlexReward’s platform, Stuart combines deep technical know-how with a pragmatic understanding of HR and Finance challenges. He is passionate about building tools that simplify complexity, connect data, and give leaders clearer insight for decision-making.
Outside of uFlexReward, Stuart is a devoted dad of three and an enthusiastic guitarist, always looking for new ways to stay creative. He is a firm believer that
