Sharina Yang is the Digital Product Lead at uFlexReward. She is responsible for bridging the client needs with product development. She enjoys the journey of turning aspirations into feasible solutions that service the underlying business needs.
Before uFlexReward, Sharina was the global product manager for Unilever’s HR & IT employee services chatbot. Prior to that she was a reward analyst in Unilever’s global reward team and specialised in executive compensation and reward change projects.
Back in the days, Sharina started as a data clerk whilst studying and developed into a reward consultant at Peter Newhouse & Co. She studied Accounting and Finance at London School of Economics and has a MSc in Technical Ventures & Entrepreneurship from University College London.
When not working, Sharina is usually found pondering about the world or finding a creative outlet, sometimes involving her little one.
