Serine is the Head of Business Analysis at uFlexReward. She has been at the root of the company to build the TRS system mainly focusing on the projects for HR Analytics, Finance, Equity, Global Mobility and Global and Country Rewards teams. Working on the end-to-end process from implementation to the management of end users’ and stakeholders’ training and support, Serine has been continuously supporting and supervising them to plan and run the communications and updates within the client organization globally and has been managing the knowledge transfer of the System Support and Maintenance. She has always been supporting the ongoing improvements of the product as part of the Product team contributing her best experience and great knowledge of the technical and methodical solutions as well as applying her deep understanding of the clients’ needs and requirements.
The professional career in Business Analytics, is complemented by Serine’s education in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics. The Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics at University College London (UCL) led her to Unilever to seek a career in Analytics. Her deep mathematical and analytical thinking makes it even more enjoyable to work on this IT project and quench the thirst for professional challenges. Finding the optimal technical solutions for various business problems is a daily activity that makes each day different from another. Serine believes that self-development and continuous study of new skills and knowledge is the key to success and professional growth. This attitude brought Serine to taking different professional courses. The most recent one was the ‘From Data to Decisions’ Business Analytics course by Imperial College London, which took her to a new level of analytical skills.
Serine has been managing work life balance to motherhood and professional development making a successful working mum with the great support of uFlexReward. She loves spending time with her family. Her day is full of lots of fun: playing with 2 toddler kids, dancing and singing with them, teaching and learning, arranging cooking and baking time with the family and treating the friends. As one of her best hobbies Serine loves playing piano for the family and teaching them the ‘secrets’ of it.
