Phil Toohey is the COO and CFO for uFlexReward. His responsibilities extend to all aspects of uFlexReward’s operations, client facing services as well as overseeing the finance function.
Phil qualified with Ernst & Young, working for them both in the UK and overseas. After leaving Ernst & Young in 2001, Phil was a founding partner of a management consultancy practice delivering large technology change projects to large global organizations across all sectors. Phil has extensive experience of working with all the key systems vendors including SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
With this experience of technology and finance and a background in major projects, Phil is well placed to manage the day-to-day operations of uFlexReward and to ensure that the service delivery function operates to impeccable standards.
When not working, Phil spends most of his time with his wife and children. Occasionally, for a rest, he heads to the golf course.
